My client is a well established financial institutions with SFC Type 1,4,6 and 9 licensed. They are now seeking a full time RO to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide Responsible Officer responsibilities and duties to manage SFC regulated activities of the firm 
• Responsible for business performance in Deals Sourcing, Securities, Investment, and Financial Projects
• Experience in Fund Set-up, Operation /& Management of the Cayman Islands Funds is an advantage;
• Govern and comply with all rules and regulations and best practices standard of market.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting-related disciplines preferred;
• SFC Responsible Officer license holder for Type 1, Type 4, Type 6 or Type 9 regulated activities preferred.
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control, Familiar with HK & PRC stock market with solid understanding of regulations;
• Experience to manage an office operations, fund setup, internal controls and investment process of fund management companies 
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
