Job Responsibilities              

• Control and analyze the following on an on-going basis: Quality levels of production and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing and operation costs
• Develop and implements Promotions Calendar for F&B products in restaurant and lounge
• Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary
• Provide support in coordinating a variety of activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements
• Liaise closely with Kitchen Team on new menu ideas, beverage promotions and other promotional ideas in order to enhance overall business levels
• Maintain, updates and distributes schedules for the completion of all tasks related to the smooth operation of catering event and other event
• Maintain all catering event documentation including but not limited to: Banquet Event Order, Catering Schedules and Fact Sheet
• Assist in preparing Food and Beverage Departmental budget and goals

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Catering Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Food & Beverage service operations with 2 years at managerial capacity
• Good team player and service-oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin will be an advantage
