RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

What you will be doing:

• Build on the legacy of the grand reopening of our hotel restaurant, The George
• Making key operating decisions on service standards and restaurant marketing
• Training a team of professional staff to deliver on our dining experience
• Managing all business aspects of running a luxury restaurant in Seattle
   

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in managing a high volume luxury food and beverage outlet
• Strong administration skills supported by a good knowledge of technology systems 
• Proven record of successfully leading, training and excuting standards of service in a food and beverage setting
• Sound knowledge of the Seattle area food scene

You will lead, motivate and mentor a strong team of hard working professionals in a restaurant environment.  You will also be a key member of the Fairmont Olympic leadership team that enriches the service culture of the company.
