Black Sheep Restaurants is now seeking Restaurant Managers to join our growing team. We are hiring for New Punjab Club - the first Punjabi Restaurant to receive a Michelin star, BELON - our Neo-Parisian Bistro ranking 15th on Asia’s best restaurants list and Osteria Marzia - our Coastal Italian restaurant inspired by the colourful and diverse cuisine of the nation’s seaside.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Manage restaurant operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Black Sheep Restaurants (BSR)
- Implement BSR policies and procedures by developing plans and checklists and instructing the team
- Provide direction and leadership to all team members to achieve restaurant and team goals
- Consistently and continuously review operations and team performance to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of consistent service and hospitality
- Manage the restaurant to exceed standards in food quality, safety, cleanliness and guest experience
- Consistently monitor costs to remain within budgets and reach targets
WE SEEK CANDIDATES WITH:
- A minimum of three years of experience in the same or equivalent position
- Experience in managing and mentoring a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Strong understanding of the operational challenges and needs of high-volume restaurants
- A solution-oriented and proactive approach
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English.
