Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations efficiency, marketing strategy and profitability
- Keep aware of market trend, system, practice and equipment in the up-market restaurant and bar operations and catering establishment
- Strive for continuous improvement on the service standard, product quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Hospitality or Catering Management
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar capacity of managing up-market fine dining restaurants, exposure in Italian Cuisine is a definite advantage
- Customer service oriented and able to deliver top-notch dining experience to our guests
- Solid knowledge in strategic planning, budgeting, profit and loss analysis as well as marketing
- Exposure in Hong Kong’s or overseas’ Michelin-starred restaurants is a definite advantage
