Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operations efficiency, marketing strategy and profitability
  • Keep aware of market trend, system, practice and equipment in the up-market restaurant and bar operations and catering establishment
  • Strive for continuous improvement on the service standard, product quality and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Hospitality or Catering Management
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar capacity of managing up-market fine dining restaurants, exposure in Italian Cuisine is a definite advantage
  • Customer service oriented and able to deliver top-notch dining experience to our guests
  • Solid knowledge in strategic planning, budgeting, profit and loss analysis as well as marketing
  • Exposure in Hong Kong’s or overseas’ Michelin-starred restaurants is a definite advantage
