•Responsible for the daily operations of the Japanese Restaurant in the hotel;

•Assist in preparing and coordinating special events and functions;

•Ensure the safety of guests and associate through Sofitel food safety standards and guidelines; and

•Lead all aspects of the restaurant including training, coaching, and development to the team.





Work Experience

•At least 3 years experience as restaurant manager, preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting;

•Hotel management graduate or certificate holder in food and beverage management; and

•Outstanding organizational skills.
