Our client, a reputable Japanese fast food restaurant chain, is seeking for a Restaurant Manager to support their shop operation in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operation of restaurant
• Maintain the quality of food, service and cleanness of the restaurant
• Recruit & train up new staffs, arrange shift roster
• Estimate sales and order ingredients
• Report sales figures to Manager

Requirements:

• A few years working experience in restaurant, either as a customer service or kitchen staff
• Good team player and eager to learn Japanese restaurant business operation
• Fluent in Cantonese.  Good communication in Japanese, English and Mandarin is advantageous
• Accept shift duty including night shift
