Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Bartender to be part of the opening of a luxury lifestyle resort in Southern Spain – Sotogrande, San Roque (Cádiz). 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Outlet Manager will manage the restaurant team and ensure maximum guest satisfaction. 

The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the venues. Organising the services offered to clients and ensuring the quality of these services:

•    Checking staff entry to the service, punctuality, clothing, etc.
•    Ensure compliance with LQA service standards.
•    Performing in a qualified manner the functions of management, planning, organisation and control of the venue. Planning and carrying out all activities in your area.
•    Managing and participating in the invoicing, collection and settlement of the cash fund.
•    Daily briefing with the team, passing on all internal information.
•    Answering customer queries with a positive response.
•    Inventory and control of materials, products, etc. Being responsible for all the material.
•    Supervise the smooth running of the service.
•    Participate in the training of your staff.
•    Follow up, together with the cashier, the closing of the till and the number of cutlery.
•    Proposing goods orders and placing orders.
•    Verify tasks related to closing: filling the vaults, cleaning the coffee, bringing clothes to the laundry, recycled glass, etc.
•    Supervise that everything is clean and ready for the next day's operation.
•    Check that all doors, air conditioning, lights and locks have been locked.
•    Develop attendance shifts, holidays, winter, own business, overtime, holidays, etc.
•    Receive, deal with and document internal mail.

You manage, train and motivate the restaurant team, as well as develop and execute training plans and internal auditing processes to ensure highest guest satisfaction. 

The Outlet Manager reports to the Director of Gastronomy. 


YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 

•    1 years of experience in a comparable role in high end hospitality, ideally in luxury lifestyle, or 2 years in a restaurant supervisor position
•    Fluent English and Spanish
•    Passion for excellence

•    Tech savvy 
•    Previous opening experience a plus

•    Food handler's license (essential).
