Job Description
To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various quick service and outdoor vending locations across property. From serving popcorn on the Main Street, U.S.A.® area to providing a taste of the Hollywood at Hollywood and Dine at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, Quick Service Food & Beverage cast members make sure that no guest walks away hungry!

Responsibilities :
Cast members in Quick Service Food & Beverage work in fast-paced environments at either counter service or outdoor vending locations. Responsibilities may include taking orders, operating a point-of-sale system (POS register), cash handling, fulfilling orders, food preparation, bussing, general cleaning, stocking items and keeping inventory. Cast members at all of the Quick Service locations, either indoors or outdoors, also interact with guests every day by sharing information, answering questions and providing great Guest service!
Basic Qualifications :
- Ability to speak Cantonese / English / Putonghua (Non Chinese Speaking candidates are welcome)
- Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
- Prolonged standing may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous cashier experience
- Previous quick service or related restaurant industry experience

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates should be available for any shift on a MINIMUM of 3 days per week from May 2019 to Sep 2019. Actual work schedule and number of work days per week depend on workload demand.
