We are currently seeking for a Full Time Restaurant Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage team!

Duties & Responsibilities include:
•    Build a strong relationship with all key stakeholders, being guests, Team Members and potential clients
•    Manage and lead team members to ensure efficient and effective daily operations
•    Drive a positive team culture and encourage professional development opportunities for all Team
•    Members
•    Ensure a consistent high level of service is delivered by all team members by knowing what matters
•    Assist in the preparation of rosters
•    Controlling wage and food and beverage costs
•    Mentoring and development of Team Members within the property
•    Ensure company brand, policies and procedures are adhered to
•    Ensure the restaurant presentation is of the highest standard at all times
•    Working a rotating roster of Breakfast and Dinner shifts, 7 days a week.

The ideal applicant will have:
•    Previous food and beverage experience, management and leadership experience desired
•    An ambition to forge a career in hospitality
•    A passionate focus on guest service and exceeding expectations
•    Excellent grooming and presentation skills
•    Ability to accept personal accountability and provide clear leadership and communication to Team Members
