The role:

As a section waiter in Suzette, you will demonstrate a passion for fine food and beverage, a desire to create memorable dining experiences, the ability to learn and develop your skills, and immaculate personal presentation. In return, you will become an admired culinary professional, progressing your fine dining, a la carte service skills while being part of an iconic Brisbane hotel offering worldwide employment and travel opportunities through Sofitel and Accor.

Your experience and skills:

• Passion for fine food and beverage
• Knowledge of a la carte
• Hospitality qualifications or equivalent experience
• Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
• Availability to work a variety of lunch and dinner service shifts on weekdays and weekends
• Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience
• Time management and organisational skills
• A professional, outgoing demeanour.
