Job Description
1.Keep a good relationship with restaurants` guest;
2.Getting the first feedback about our F/B service from guest, and studying it with our Chinese SouChef and manager for making our F/B service better;
3.Always keeping smiling greeting in restaurant entrance while guests coming; send guests to the entrance with hand shaking and pleasant smile while guest leaving;
4.Take restaurant responsibility completely and independently;
5.You have to know and responsible for all working stuff around restaurant. Like responsible for restaurant equipment keeping;
6.Keep a good guest service and keep a good image of restaurant to outside;
7.Help stuff`s English training;
8.Setting a good example to other staff, helping them keep a good working status (Leadership means setting an example).
10.You have to know the meaning of “No Pay No Get”, and explain that to your staff.
