Objective of job:
- Coordination and realization work for the Mercedes-Benz passenger car products;
- China special parts development with suppliers,  including special options, long version and new material etc…
- Ensure that Mercedes-Benz passenger car products entirely fulfill the required standards regarding long-term quality and endurance for Chinese environment, driving and street-conditions;
- Ensure the component function testing activities are conducted according to the component function specifications and project timeline;
- Evaluation of each release in accordance to given project plans and pre-defined releases in regard to completeness and accuracy of the implemented features;
- Documentation, analysis of defects in cooperation with development departments and suppliers;
Tasks Description:
- Lead the related parts localization project, project coordination and timeline tracking;
- Window person to RD Germany and suppliers, technical support to BBAC;
- China special parts development with suppliers,  including special options, different version and new material etc…
- Ensure component functional tests are conducted according to the Daimler specification, evaluate the results and give release recommendation;
- Ensure the component change management and documentation are well mainten;
- Component Certification and homologation must fulfil the Chinese market and regulation requirements
