Job Description
1.Seasonal buying (all categories) for all regions (Mainland China/HK/SGP/MLS)
2.Merchandise movement management
- Regular new delivery, replenishment, transfer, return, reallocation, etc.
- New open & closing;
3.Merchandise analysis
- Merchandise feedback;
- Market research: trend, pricing;
4.Seasonal product training;
5.Seasonal markdown;
6.Merchandise coordination with other relevant departments
- Retail team: VIP day & other promotions;
- Marketing: celebrity shooting;
- Digital marketing: merchandise proposal;
Requirements：
1.Bachelor's degree or above, Business, fashion or related major preferred;
2.Minimum of 4 - year experience in buying and merchandising, relevant experience in women fashion retail industry is as a preference.
3.Strong fashion sense with analytical thinking;
4.Good at data analysis and capable of find out the story behind the data, providing feasible suggestions.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office: EXCEL, PPT, WORD, etc.
6.Good command of oral and written English.7.Passionate for retails, capable to work under pressure and embrace challenges with positive mindset;
8.Good communication skills and problem solving oriented;
9.Able to work independently and also a good team player.
