？ Meeting individual revenue targets (sales) on the shop floor on a daily basis.

？ Ensure process is followed to minimize stock loss – damages/returns and exchanges follow up the policies and procedures set.

？ Promote effective communication and adequate information flow within the assigned store with your colleagues and Team leaders.

？ Ensuring the retail outlet is presented to the highest standard on a daily basis.
