Job Description

Requirements:
- Degree holder in supply chain management or other related
- With 5 years of experience in retail coordination, administration support & logistic management; at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in Retail Store MUST
- Well versed with point to point delivery & transportation management
- Independent, flexible; good problem-solving skills & leadership
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Immediate available preferable

Responsibilities:

- To support and cooperate daily operation and retail team’s administrative duties
- To communicate with shops and back office effectively and efficiently
- To provide inventory support to the shops including consolidation, regular
- replenishment, and monthly launch.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (CS, Logistics) to achieve
- operational efficiency
- Strategically plan and manage the team to ensure the smooth run of logistics operations including demand planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and local delivery / transportation arrangement
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Manage the P & L and assist the retail development in Hong Kong
