Objective of job
Perform evaluation and approvals of retail credit leasing applications within the credit rules, corporate guideline and regulations, to communicate with dealers, customers and agencies with the objective to deliver the highest possible level of service to customers.
Task Description
1.Credit evaluation processing
Approval of incoming retail credit leasing applications with defined retail credit standards ensuring the credit quality & approve ratios;
Carry out credit application assessments according to defined process & timeline requirements
Perform system testing, propose improvement on credit process and system
2.Service and communications
Provide excellent services and professional communication to customers and dealers, including credit investigation talks, product introduction, replys to requrest, etc
Communicate with internal department, i,e,DSM,FCs on applications, cooperations etc.
3.Other
Conduct other tasks as reqiremd by superviors to support achievement of company’s business objectives
