As (Junior) Retail Development Manager (m/f/d), you will be the point of contact for L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division’s mission to make dermocosmetics accessible to a wide range of patsumers (patients & consumers) in brick & mortar retail, setting new standards towards our clients while maximizing the shopping experience and investment impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment

  • Collaborate with internal teams (retail design, marketing, sales) and external stakeholders (clients, agencies, vendors) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with LDB requirements.
  • Put in place initiatives to evaluate suitable clients for future project deployments and measure projects’ ROI in collaboration with the sales development team and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Prepare budget estimates, track expenses, and report on progress with relevant stakeholders and share possible areas of improvement.

Co-Creation

  • Provide input on design elements, materials, layouts, etc. to reflect our clients’ needs in the deployment.
  • Working together with the retail design & business development team as well as cross-functional teams, propose and develop your own projects to drive B&M dermocosmetics recommendations & sales.
  • Identify and evaluate new retail development opportunities and partnerships, leveraging best-practices across all DACH countries.

​Profile

  • First experiences in retail development, product management, or project management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude to overcome challenges.
  • Strong verbal & written communication/presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and rigorous, results-driven with an eye for details.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Role might include irregular travel to selected clients as needed.
