• Responsible of the running service on your domain to provide reliable solutions with satisfied user experience.

• Participate in the transformation of our offline digital solutions and connected with industrial best practice/technical trends.

Your responsibilities:

• Collect business needs and share recommendations based on your knowledge of best practices

• Recommend project organization, objectives, budget and planning

• Co-work with operational & technical team (both internal and suppliers) together, for solution optimization

• When needed, organize supplier sourcing process

• Scope project and prioritize deliverables in close partnership with business users

• Create team spirit and boost motivation of project stakeholders

• Communicate clearly about project progresses and challenges

• When needed, act as a product owner to define the long term strategy to improve value creation in partnership with business leaders

If you are qualified with below requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience as an IT project manager with experience on retail digital solutions.

• Knowledge in the Retail industry and good understanding of store and customer needs.

• Understanding on latest technological trends including but not limited to RFID, IOT, VR/AR, Robotics, etc..

• Proven experience in delivering Retail digital solution as an IT project leader.

• Proven project management experience with strong supplier management skills.

• Proficient in oral and written communication in English is a must to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and international collaborators.

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science

• Project management certification PMP、PRINCE2、AGILE PM or relevant is a must.
