Overall project management of CS part of Move MS
- Define CS concept in coordination with CS and ND relevant teams
- Prepare business case to ensure both of retail operation and RoI
- Conduct dealer piloting
- Communicate with regions, dealers for project feedback and implementation
Responsible for overall CS coordination of other new retail formats
- Coordinate with relevant CS teams on new retail formats topics to ensure timely progress and proper synergy among differenct sub-projects
 
Responsible for retail efficiency improvement in CS area
- Monitor and analyze retail efficiency status of dealership
- Overall coordination and project management of relevant retail-efficiency-improvement projects
- Communication with CS regions, dealer groups and dealers on efficiency status, action plan, and project management
 
Responsible for CS retail performance monitoring and analysis
- Consolidate various CS performance KPIs and work out the complehensive CS performance report for overall KPI management in CS area
