Job Description

Objective of job

1. Communicate with product information, product manager and all model information relevant team to collect content and prepare product brochure for each MB and AMG mode
2. Digital showroom content and system management, communicate with technical supporting team to solve system problems and function improvement.
3. MAR 2020 project management and communication, in respect of marketing communication content owner, process development and new formats development.
4. Digitalization and optimization planning for retail materials and sales essentials development
 
Job designation

1 Product Brochure Management and Development
• Overall planning of all MB and AMG models product brochure by ensure product wholesales date and internal product information update time. Rich project management experience needed
• Specific plan for each quarter, manage agencies for content update, printing and delivery.
• Closely work with PI, PM and Creative tram, ensure all brochure need information could provide on time.
• Agency management, coordinate and manage agency in each step, make sure all feedback would be on time.
• Cooperate with event, auto show and call center team, make sure brochure supporting would be on time
• Digitalization and innovations development of sales literature for the new trend.


2 Digital Showroom System and Content Management
• Daily content and system management, such as upload product information effectively to display in dealer showroom.
• Manage the content logic, content should be clear sorted by model, brand and content type.
• Manage each model information by folder structure, playlist and digital device.
• Work with net Development department, solve system problem, explore further system and digital solution improvement.
• Data analysis, collect digital solution user behavior data and analysis the trend, further support retail activities. 
• Project management to ensure effective supply of sales essentials in retail showroom


3 MAR2020 Project support and management
• Well cooperate with ND in managing, optimizing and developing marketing communication and content in digitalized dealers’ showroom and MAR2020.
• Regularly update MAR2020 progress, content management process and  checklist marketing related requirements.
• To jointly explore new format and digital content in marketing field , to fit for new digital retail trend.
• Other communication and related ad hoc tasks, which require his/her rich experiences and business knowhow of retail marketing activities and digitalization development.
• Optimization of MAR2020 and digital showroom.


4 Sales measure Ads Development and Support
• Develop and manage essential retail marketing material and templates to support dealer’s routine Sales Measure Communication.


5 Other projects support
• Fleet marketing plan, process and activities support
• Used car marketing plan, process and activities support
• Ad hoc projects and new ideas development for other retail marketing activities
 
 
 

Qualification 

 Skills –general skills, personality traits:
• Open minded, sympathy and communication skills
• Excellent analytical thinking
• Good command of written and spoken both in English and Chinese
• Excellent  presentation skills
• Excellent motivational, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
 
Functionality  Skills – Process and technical skills:
• Being proficient in product features and automobile field, with rich experiences in product related area, such as product brochure development.
• Familiar with basic dealership related knowledge.
• 3-5 years experience in auto retail operations, good understanding of retail business model and people management system.
• Knowledge of retail marketing programs: developing concept and briefing document, budget development and management, project and team execution and management, after -event reporting and evaluation
• Project management experience
• Product knowledge and quick response to market
 
Education:
• University degree, preferable in Marketing, Communications or related subject
