JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of the support team for the cashing system of Decathlon Asia. As this system is most critical for the conduct of the business, you will work closely with multiple teams in Decathlon in order to ensure the support, stability, continuous improvement of the Solution. Daily, you will:

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions

• Control, Report and Analyse about System Platform stability and performance

• Participate in global Cashing System projects. Define added-value project for meeting end users needs, and anticipate requirements

• Document technical knowledge in our training website

• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to end users

• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Ultimately, you will be a person our users trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems. Therefore, we are looking for people who are not only technically skilled, but also responsible; who are displaying good communication abilities, and who match and understand Decathlon values. Thus, you:

• Are a sports lover, even though you are not professional

• Show team spirit, are a good communicator, listener and co-worker

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Are familiar with a database language

• Have good communication skills (oral and written) in English

Nice to have skills:

• French and/or Chinese

• 2+ years working experience in IT domain in retail industry, Retail ERP system support/operation

• Experience with Linux operating system

• Understanding of OSI model
