JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with global teams; provide professional troubleshooting, solution and follow-up actions for Decathlon Retail ERP System users and customers.

• Control Retail ERP System platform stability and performance.

• Define appropriate monitoring criteria and solution.

• Participate in global Retail ERP System projects. Innovate added-value project for local user needs.

• Analyze&report Retail ERP System performance. Base on analysis result, plan action for improvement.

• Create and maintain skills documentation in training site

• Evaluate and predict user requirement, provide user feedback and suggestions to development team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sports lover, even though you are not processional

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 2+ years working experience in IT domain in retail industry, Retail ERP system support/operation experience is a PLUS

• Familiar with database operation language like Oracle, MySQL, better to have database management experience

• Deep understanding of retail store operations

• Have team spirit, good communicator, listener and co-worker

• Good Communication skill, fluent oral and written English, French is a PLUS

• 管理控制 Retail ERP 平台的稳定性和技术指标，为 Retail ERP 平台制定合适的监控标准和方案。

• 参与支持迪卡侬国际 Retail ERP 项目。基于本地需求，自主发起有高价值的创新项目。

• 创建更新技术支持文档

• 制作 Retail ERP 系统分析报告，基于分析结果，不断优化完善 Retail ERP 平台。

岗位要求 Qualifications

• 热爱运动，即使未达到专业水平

• 本科及以上学历，信息系统或者计算机相关

• 两年及以上工作经验，有零售系统维护经验者优先

• 熟悉Oracle或MySQL等常用数据库语言，有实践经验者优先

• 具备团队精神，善于沟通，善于倾听，善于与不同团队合作

• 具有优秀的系统分析和逻辑思考能力

• 熟练的英文口语和写作能力，会法语沟通者优先
