Rixos Qetaifan Island North

Opening in 2022, Rixos Doha Qetaifan will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with waterside retail, café & restaurant units encompassing 12,300 m² of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s waterpark attraction The Icon Tower, the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres in height.

 

Retail Leasing Manager

You will be in charge of the team leasing the waterside retail, café & restaurant units in this amazing and vibrant community, supporting them and ensuring they reach their targets.

What you will be doing:

• Agreeing on the leasing strategy with the Retail Director.
• Implementing that strategy via the leasing team.
• Making sure the in-house leasing team attains its leasing targets.
• Identify prospective tenants in accordance with the tenant mix.
• Approach tenants to outline the unique opportunity.
• Responsibility for maintaining the CRM system and contact databases.
• Deal with incoming inquiries.
• Conduct site visits accompanying prospective tenants.
• Negotiate key terms.
• Assist with advertising and promotion.
• Represent the company at public events.

 

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail leasing with proven track records
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Arabic Speaker will be preferred
• Car owner/driver preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Excellent people skills.
