Our client, an international fashion brand, is recruiting for a retail professional to manage the team in Hong Kong and Macau. As a Retail Manager, the main responsibility is responsible for the overall sales and operations of the stores in Hong Kong and Macau.  

Job Responsibilities:   

• Accountable for sales and profit development for the stores
• Supervise the front line staff in areas of recruitment, coaching and performance management
• Motivate the front line staff to maintain the team’s stability, morale and service standard
• Prepare sales report and ensure efficient activities for order flow, inventory level 
• Work closely with other teams to ensure the store image is in line with global standard

Job Requirements:  

• Degree holder or professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in retail operation 
• Experience in fashion brand is preferred
• Numerical sensitive and attention to details
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Sales driven and target oriented
• Good command in written and spoke English and Chinese
