Our Client is a leading sportswear brand providing apparel， footwear , accessories and etc.

You will provide guidance and manage franchisee store operation across Greater China Market

You will produce the relevant reports to evaluate and improve sales, operations and customer service (Sales, productivity, stock,visual merchandising, replenishment, customer's flow, Brands and Promotions performance, etc), help to analyze with a specific action plan to fix/improve.

You will be responsible for operation control, shop construction/VM/in-store display, training and VM manual preparation, etc, assist GM together with distributor/ franchisee to gradually establish standard and protocol for the retail operation.

You will directly impact critically on the business performance in sales and profit

Degree in BA or any related disciplines.

Over10 years work experience in similar position (fast pace and sports/activewear backgroud will be a plus).

Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills.

Detail-minded and multi-task.

Fluent in written and spoken English
