Job Description
The Retail Marketing Assistant actively supports the Retail Marketing Manager with the further development of the Showroom Program and actively supports the marketing department in all organisational and communicative tasks.

Responsibilities:
1、 Exhibitions and events: Actively supports the showroom set up process as well as the organisation of exhibitions and customer events
2、Assistant tasks: Responsible for reviewing the email-account info@viessmann.cn and forwarding enquiries to the relevant contact person, translation work (German- Chinese), carrying out and following up meeting minutes
3、Print Media: Responsible for the continuous update of our companies business cards, brochures, flyer and other printed business material
4、Maintaining contact to external service providers

Requirements:
1、Graduate degree: Bachelor, preferable in marketing
2、Professional work experience, at least 2-3 years in marketing
3、Logical and analytical skills
4、Very good communication skills
5、Customer orientation
6、Able to work under pressure
7、Language skills: Chinese native speaker, German
8、IT skills: Very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), work experience with CRM and Content management systems are beneficial
