Retail Marketing Campaign Management
- Develop and implement retail marketing campaigns/programs aligned with MBK business objectives and marketing activities e.g. dealership events, test drive events, showroom promotion and etc.
- Be a single point of contact for dealer marketing staffs on the inquiries related to retail & brand marketing activities and programs.
- Engage with marketing teams & sales managers of dealer companies to ensure dealer participation in MBK-driven marketing campaigns/programs e.g. product launch campaigns MB Trophy, CSR campaigns.
- Analyze and identify support-required area in retail environment to help achieving business targets for both MBK and dealers.

Retail Marketing Process Management
- Develop and propose annual OSC scheme of Retail Marketing activities. Monitor the target vs. achievement progress of OSC measures on monthly basis and share the report with related stakeholders.
- Provide and share the brand CI/CD guideline and implementation process to dealer marketing teams.
- Ensure brand-adequate quality of retail marketing creatives and contents by utilizing integrated CMS – Symphony/RCPS.
- Review and confirm all dealer-produced marketing materials (ATL, BTL) on daily basis.
- Monitor dealers’ marketing spending aligned with marketing priorities. Initiate and facilitate the marketing budget subsidy process, if necessary.
- Organize regular meetings with dealer marketing staffs to facilitate communication between MBK Marketing and dealer companies.

Used Car(CPO) & Fleet Marketing Campaign Management
- Develop and implement annual marketing campaign for Used Car and Fleet business that cover holistic marketing touchpoints - ATL, BTL, Digital, PR and CRM
- Initiate campaign strategy, timing and direction to maximize the impact of the campaign, collaboration with related BUs and dealerships
- Liaise with external partners including agencies to design campaign process, produce creatives, drive execution and measure the performance.

Retail Marketing KPI Tracking and Reporting
- Compile and share retail marketing activity reports on regular basis with internal and external stakeholders – weekly showroom traffic, monthly dealer marketing program, monthly lead status, OSC achievement progress and etc.
