DUTIES:

• Full responsible for all boutique administration job, include

1） monthly boutique T&E control & tracking

2） monthly boutique petty cash checking & reimbursement

3） monthly boutique inventory discrepancy adjustment settlement

4） boutique staff information system maintenance for daily operation

5） boutique information system maintenance as boutique opening and closure

6） boutique staff uniform management

7） retail vendor monthly payment

8） retail internal meeting preparation; create necessary retail sales & operation report

9） other relative retail issue following

• Monthly boutique staff incentive calculation
• Cooperate with logistics department to update model stock on a periodic basis. Issue stocking directives to boutiques and/or logistics department where necessary.
• Cooperate with Marketing & Visibility team to ensure that all boutiques receive and display the seasonal deco in a proper and timely manner.
• Cooperate with marketing & PR departments regarding tactical media and events to support boutique sales.
• Cooperate with Operation team that Operations manual is continually updated to reflect the latest operating guidelines and instructions and that all boutique staff is familiar with its contents.
• Cooperate with local finance team and regional internal audit to achieve maximum control.
• Cooperate with training department and area managers to ensure that boutique staff is properly trained.
• Cooperate with Customer Service team to implement a customer service talk that assists boutique staff in handling regular customer complaints, escalations, etc.
  

Qualifications

‘Hard’

• 4 year University Degree
• Proven tracking record in previous employment
• Good English and Mandarin skills
• Good Computer skill, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
