Our client is famous FMCG retailer group in worldwide i s now seeking a candidate for their openings

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead the store team members in achieving sales target as assigned by the company and overseeing the store operations and provide support work duty for assigned stores
• Provide analysis and recommendations to management team in improving store operations and sales performance
• Be responsible for day-to-day sales & strategy direction related to product promotion activities
• Collaborate with other internal working parties to enhance service excellency & sales target

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above with minimum 8 years retail operation experience in chain store operations with at least 3 years in supervisory experiences
• Station in Macau and with Macau citizenship is a must
• Good analytical & numeric skills.
• Strong commercial sense, excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Experience in supermarket, convenience stores would be advantage.
