Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support line manage on proposing store location and finishing negotiation with landlord
- Execute retail operation guideline, process and KPI
- Co-work with brand team to land brand mix like design, menu, promotion, and etc into store
- Lead store manager to deliver qualified store performance
- Manage daily store operation and financial expense
- Co-work with Retail Chef, R&D and QA to ensure quality of food and service
- Provide consumer voice to brand team for improvement
- Issue weekly store performance report and act to improve
Accountabilities:
- Manage project timeline and deliver OTIF
- Good store operation performance including service, hygiene etc.
- Lead store staffs to deliver business targets
- Support line manager on daily tasks
- Follow internal policy and process strictly
- Propose ideas based on consumer and trends understanding
Key Skills Required
- At least 3 years in retail operation, tea stores/restaurant/café/other food service related preferred
- Deep understanding on China retail landscape and trend
- Experience on choosing store location and negotiation with landlord
- Proven record on retail operation management
- Detail-oriented, passionate and trendy
- Good communication skills
- Logical thinking and analytic skills
- Project management skills
