Job Description

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will provide clerical and administrative support in the Retail Operations Department. S/he will need to manage the team’s roster and other administrative issues through the timekeeper system and SAP system. S/he will liaise with various departments to achieve operational efficiency, conduct business analysis, prepare all kinds of monthly reports and assume other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With at least 1 year experience in clerical and office administration support
  • With strong interpersonal skills and detail-minded
  • Independent, good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Knowledge in SAP system is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
