Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily retail store operations including policies and procedures implementation in order to maximize operational efficiency and staff productivity
• Provide full operation support and administrative service to our 23 stores/POS in Hong Kong including sourcing, ordering & replenishing of general supplies and handling & maintenance of the credit card terminals, licenses, telephone and broadband lines
• Manage stock replenishment, allocation, inventory level and prepare and coordinate for new SKU on shelves
• Perform frequent store visits to ensure the overall shop appearance and functions are up to company standards and the quality of visual merchandising and marketing materials are according to company guidelines and brand image
• Proactively explore, liaise and coordinate for in-mall joint marketing/advertising opportunities to maximize store/brand exposure to increase sales 
• Actively collect feedback from stores and continuously improve operations efficiency and elevate customer shopping experience
• Handle frontline operational issues and manage customer feedback/complaint to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Prepare various retail sales reports, promotion analysis reports, and market visit research 

 Job requirements:

• High Diploma/Sub-degree or above
• 5 years or above related working experience and with experience in managing over 20 retail stores
