Reporting to the Head of Retail, this role is responsible for the retail business related reports/analysis the RDG store performance. Responsible for leading the retail operation team to provide comprehensive support for retail business in CN, HK, TW. Responsible for enhancing RDG stores productivity by improving working process and consumer service.
Cross functional management to support RDG business
Track business results, planning, analysis, and identify business opportunities to drive for constant growth
Guide, support and coach regions Retail operation team to implement/execute retail programs and tools
Facilitate best practice sharing between functions and regions, define scalable processes actively support direct to achieve agreed targets and KPIs
- Planning, Reports & Allocation
Sales Data gathering and forecasting to meet GC RDG goal
Plan and roll out yearly activities according to the BOSE strategy
Reports & Analysis:
- Such as Traffic Report, Retail KPI Dashboard, Retail KPI Ranking and Trend, Monthly Sales Target Setting, Holiday and Festival & promotion period Performance, Store Visit Report (if any)
- Sales Incentive Scheme Setting (if any)
- Consumer Service: Customer Satisfaction Survey follow up
- Quarterly meeting reports etc.
- PCI allocation and stock allocation routine monitor.
- Management
Clear understanding on national business goals, growth strategies, customer structure and retail related policies and processes
Consolidate the performance indices report and relevant projects to internal with impact analysis and recommendation for additional business opportunities to achieve operations strategy.
Ensure Know how and best practice transfer to all RDG stores. Drive roll out and execution of regional and national projects
Participate in the design and ensure compliance with retail operations guidelines
Lead cross functional teams in projects
- Financial
Assist the RDG lead in defining and tracking of Retail Project related Budgets
Track the commercial impact of dedicated project and prepare reports (score cards) for internal stakeholder
POS Systems and Processes monitor
Manage relationship with cross functional teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Solid retail operation and supporting experience on forecast, product planning, store maintenance, after-sale service, staff pay-roll, store-front KPIs management and data processing and management
- Comprehensive knowledge on retail operation and supporting, able to provide on-job-training for team members through observing and improvement plan execution.
- Good sense to maximize team capacity to support broader markets expending from CN to HK and TW by reconstructing work flow and improving effectiveness and efficiency.
- Team player, like to cooperate and collaborate with other function team, has strong sense to leverage existing resource.
- Fluent English speaking, good reading, listen and writing ability
- Mature in personality, good leadership and Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (internal & external)
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years retail operation management experience with recognized retail brands (Fashion or FMCG or any 3C company)
- Strong business sense to acumen and analyzing
- MS office – advanced
- Tableau – good
