Royal Canin Vision is to bring the most precise nutritional solution for each Cat & Dog health needs. To continue to push boundaries and generate science health nutrition category growth, the Global Senior Brand Manager will lead define, develop & promote Demand Creation/Activation plan (B2B/ B2B2C) for territories/ranges under his/her responsibility, in an omnichannel environment under the supervision of the Global Portfolio Activation Director. This role is centered around developing activation / marketing strategy to directly drive growth & competitive advantage. This role requires engagement of key stakeholders, building partnership with regions/key markets. This role interacts with a wide variety of internal interfaces as Innovation, CMI, Graphic Chain, Brand Communication, Digital & e-commerce, Regional and local Marketing & Sales, Legal, Corporates Affairs etc as well as with external stakeholders such as agencies. This role requires strategic and outstanding functional marketing expertise, ability to deal with ambiguity and to manage vision and purpose, to think outside of the box and to deliver consistent results.

 

What would be your responsibilities ?

 

-    Create the conditions of success and Demand creation/activation plans supporting innovation and core business growth on priority territories, that will fit selective distribution requirements, in collaboration with the global innovation lead and relevant Demand functions, regional & local teams & agencies
-    Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio/ innovations, business, category, competition and make recommendations accordingly on the portfolio demand strategy and activation
-    Define the Portfolio Demand strategies and codify the key elements for success
-    Design and lead the demand activation roadmap of his/her territories, involving relevant other Demand/ CA teams, briefing them on expected deliverables.
-    Lead the project meetings with all the interfaces including regions and markets and agencies, ensuring collaboration, convergence and on-time delivery
-    Develops and deploys efficient Global innovation launch packages and Activation plans. These launch kit and activation plans include product support, promotion, sales activation and communication (B2C and B2B2C) in an omni-channel environment 
-    Organizes the Activation/ innovation launch webinars/ key forums
-    Ensure access to all up-to-date information/ marketing assets / activation & launch packages to markets (including all product & range information) 
-    Organize global x-functional launch meetings partnering with the Global Inno lead and other functions (Brand/ CA/ S²/CMI…)
-    Push from global to deploy at scale and pull from local to global inspiration/ insight
-    Lead the projects in compliance with established procedures, regulation, legislation, using the dedicated workflow tools, presenting at key forums of validation

 

What are we looking for ?

 

-    Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, with brand management, innovation and marketing/communications experience 
-    Local market experience is highly appreciated
-    Digital marketing/communication expertise appreciated
-    Fluent in English
-    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to influence and motivate at all levels within the business in order to achieve objectives.
-    Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented and willing to initiate and nurture change.
-    Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities, as well as multiple stakeholders.
