Retail Risk and Compliance Manager (Job ID: 2294)

Responsibilities:

• To review and set up compliance assurance and risk control framework
• To conduct reviews on non-compliance cases and recommend measures and controls to prevent recurrence
• To ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
• To ensure proper control measures are in place to mitigate compliance risk, operational risk, fraud risk and other relevant risks associated with all channels
• To handle all fraud related prevention, control and incident response in association with all channels
• To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity

Requirements: 

• University graduates with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in the banking industry cover the following:
  • At least 3 years in managerial role with exposure in compliance, internal control or audit;
  • Good knowledge of regulatory compliance and to retail banking and e-banking;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • A good team player with initiative and the ability to work independently;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
