Job Description

As a leader in French wines in the international market, the group Les Grands Chais de France (GCF) is now looking for a Sales Executive/Junior Key Account Manager for our Retail Business Unit.

Job description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the KAM Senior on existing customers to achieve the business objectives of the Retail Business Unit.


Main tasks:

  • Develop sales and customer satisfaction in accordance with the strategy & rules, procedures in the company
  • Ensure daily communication with buyers and store managers, resolving day to day problems
  • Provide stores feedback, advise with promotions, improve stores sales out
  • Make sales report analysis, PowerPoint presentation, store check updates
  • Build-up a profitable business according to the business plan
  • Collect information on market demand and business opportunities and update business plan accordingly (in accordance with supervisor)


Others tasks:

  • Developing industry knowledge
  • Internal communication
  • Promoting brands and business in collaboration with the Brand manager and promoter manager
  • Reporting and providing 2 way information
  • Personal training and education


Profile Required:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’experience in retail
  • Wine knowledge preferred
  • English fluent, French will be a plus
  • Advanced Excel et PPT skill
  • Based in Shanghai, accept frequent business trips to others provinces
