Position Descriptions: • Formulate business plan, execute brand strategies and marketing/promotional programs to achieve business targets; • Organizer of promoter events for product training and sales skills sharing on monthly basis; • Liaise with Sell-in & Sell-thru teams for monthly target, product mix, selling strategies & tactics and marketing promotions; • Monitoring smooth promoters operations, enforce compliance of operation policies and procedures; • Manage and monitor BP’s inventory on daily basis; work closely with ST Team on stock replenishment and allocation; • Motivate BP’s frontline staffs to build good team spirit, monitor effective allocation of manpower and ad hoc issue; • Conduct regular meeting with management about sales review, insight finding and improvement plan if needed; • Manage promoter’s payroll & merchandising project with agencies, provide budget forecast and ensure effective execution within deadline; #### Position Requirements: \- 5-7 years’ experience in IT retail including chain store/ computer mall/ university program \- Analytical mind, presentable, aggressive with industry knowhow and good relationship with business partners \- Strong vision in new retail and merchandising; Good at excel & reporting; \- Solid hardware & software related IT product knowledge; \- Effective communication skills, proficient in written & spoken English; \- Work under pressure; Good team player We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
