Job Description

The said position will accelerate introduction and sale of Intel technology into the retail market place by establishing CxO, category team relationships with the retail players in India. The role requires an excellent business management acumen along with an in-depth understanding of the organized retail market of country. The RSM will be a commissioned sales person responsible for all levels of account management with our retail partner including growing Intel units and revenue, managing, jointly executing marketing / merchandising / training strategies. RSM are responsible for negotiating and administering our contra revenue agreements and collaborating with our OEM and ecosystem partners on sell-in and sell-through initiative for iA based computing devices. Your technology advocacy and ability to communicate with external and internal customers will enable Intel to Win Retail Assorts in order to grow Volume and Revenue. You will be instrumental in driving the latest technologies, devising new business models, GTMs and evaluating new segments to maximize iA PC business. This is an incredibly exciting and dynamic role, with exposure to Sales, Strategy, Technology and Customers.


Qualifications

The candidate should be an MBA with Retail/ Consumer specific sales and marketing 10+ Yrs of work experience across Consumer Electronics/ IT/Telecom /Retail segments with a strong ability to analyze market trends, data and should be able to fit into the culture of Intel and deliver across Intel value as separately laid out. MBA from premier institute From a retailer managing electronics or managing retailers as a customer from IT, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Phones, Consumer Products - Collaborative skills to work cross-teams. - Show hunger for 'learning' from successes and mistakes. - Comfort with risk-taking and disruptive approaches to drive Business success. - Can-do attitude.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
