BASIC FUNCTIONS


Reporting directly to National Sales Manager - Retail, Cabinetry, was taken to the main content of the work shop, etc. in various retail staff training dealers, including sales tutors, sales, designers, business manager, store manager and so on. In addition, the designated areas for retail dealers of all retail staff to carry out in batches, a centralized training program. The designated area for retail dealers retail staff, sales training department in accordance with the standards and plans for the shop inspection and guidance.



SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


Ø In accordance with the training and implementation of training plans to shop, and achieved remarkable results in a relatively short period of time, even to enhance the target;


Ø According to plan and benchmark retail dealer store standards, staff skills, and effective counseling;


Ø To store the training of key personnel and skills are:

Retail sales representative;

Retail designer;

Retail sales managers (Showroom directors);


Ø Has the responsibility to refine, innovate and practice into conformity with KOHLER kitchens retail sales model, improve the retail training skills system


RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Ø Reports to National Sales Manager - Retail, Cabinetry


Ø Frequent contact with Retail Sales Manager,Various regional sales manager and director


Ø Frequent contact with other functional managers of Kohler China.


技能/要求


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


Ø Academic level, male or female;


Ø Domestic / foreign well-known Cabinetry 8 years sales experience brand practitioners, at least 5 years experience in the actual sales terminals;


Ø Have some training experience, a long-term training in various types of shop personnel, the ability to boost sales


Ø Long-term business to adapt;
