- Coordinate dealers' TA set up and consolidation, carry out TA online confirmation process, and maintain the master data in TA online system.
- Review and organize TA update during the year.
- Analysis the National market intelligence and develop sales incentive program to steer dealer to achieve CPO business KPIs.
- Making regular and amplify communication towards regions and dealer to ensure the detail understanding of our business policys and SI policys.
- Ensure all the SI program are with both tax compliance and business compliance.
- Responble for measuring and evaluating CPO dealer’s used car business performance and target achievement.
- To supply the required business report.
- Steer Dealer CPO performance, by constantly analysis of dealer result, and align with Regions to understand the reason of change
- Volume planning, to make monthly sale Kufri updates.
- Innovate and team support, to support Used Car business with other assigned projects.
