Job Description

Retail Strategy Assistant – Global Marketing Team

 

 

Role

 

The Global Marketing team shapes the global vision of the group portfolio (~40 brands) and leads transversal and complex high-level projects affecting all brands and departments.

 

As a Retail Strategy Assistant, you will be part of the Retail Team, newly created, and you will assist the Global Head of Retail Strategy on its key activities. You will work on the development of the online boutiques of Accor portfolio brands.

 

You will be involved in a transversal and ambitious project and participate to both strategic and operational / day-to-day tasks. You will work with numerous departments (Marketing, Procurement, Digital, Finance…) and get a broad view on the company and on all the brands part of Accor portfolio.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate to the launch of new boutiques (product offer development, website creation, pricing strategy, marketing plan definition, …)
  • Assist on the development of new products as well as partnerships / collaborations in alignment with the brand vision and positioning
  • Develop Marketing Campaigns (CRM, Social Media, Media) and organize events to develop the awareness of the boutiques
  • Work with the Digital Team on the optimizations of the boutique’s existing websites and the development of new websites
  • Monitor the Retail Boutiques performance and communicate the impacts internally
  • Prepare internal presentations for key stakeholders
  • Participate in a range of ad-hoc projects driven by the retail team

Experience

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or a related area
  • Experience in Strategic Consulting, Project Management and/or Marketing
  • Minimum of 12 months experience

Additional Information

  • Type of contract : Apprentice or Intern
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Accor HQ, Issy-les-Moulineaux and home-office (max 3 days / week)
  • Beginning date: asap
