Job description:
Act as team support, be responsible for general administrative duties such as expense claims, filing, reports consolidation, translation, etc.

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly generate regular report and business analysis

Perform miscellaneous assignments and assist in ad-hoc projects

Other relevant duties assigned by Supervisor/ Director

Requirements:

• F.7 or above
• 2 years relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in Excel, Power point, MS Word
• Mature, Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure
• Independent, detail minded and organized
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Immediately available – preferred
