Objective of Job
• Conduct/review daily system related work ,including testing management, system change management and bug fix handling including case preparation and execution, draft change requirement, BRD and story etc.
• Regularly communicate system related work status with management
• Regular discuss with IT to plan and implement the change request, testing management and bug fix
• Lead cross team projects or initiatives in waterflow or agile mode
Task Description
1. Retail System Testing
• Review Retail System Test case and align with BU
• Discuss the bug with IT and BU if any
• Report testing case result to management team
2. Retail System CR and related project management
• Lead cross team projects within Retail Operations
• Come out system improvement idea
• Review BRD based on business requirement or improvement ideas
• Review solution with BU and IT
3. Retail System CR
• Align bug fix plan with BU and IT
• Align with IT on the bug analysis and find a solution
• Decide Test bug fix plan and deploy into the production
4. Communication with other departments
• Regularly collect system change request from BU
• Report CR, testing and bug fix plan with BU and IT
5. Others
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
