The objectives of this role is system change’s driving role for LC CTM, coordinates various Business Users & ITs per collaboration mode to implement system enhancement. Ensures the quality and smooth go live of CTM CR & projects.
1 Collect requirement from business users and draft business requirement document. Cordinate among multiple teams to help users get alignment regarding system requirements.
2 Prepare Project/CR’s deck for getting manager’s approval.
3 Analyze requirement with IT and review FS to ensure all points has been accurately covered.
4 Prepare test cases and make testing schedule. Implement testing, ensure testing quality and get them signed off before deadline.
5 Prepare training materials and deliver training to business users before systems go live.
6. Fully support on post go-live period to make sure all issues to be resolved during this phase.
7 Cross-department communications with IT/Project Team/Multi-department Business users on regular basis to ensure information transparency.
8 Other adhoc tasks supervisor assigned
