Job Description
Job Description of Trade Marketing:
- Key bridge of marketing and operation, initiate marketing campaign execution plan and store SOP to ensure effective execution.
- Campaign KPI setting, tracking and evaluation.
- Develop instore promotion guideline, optimize promotion mechanism and user flow to meet specific objective.
- Develop marcom toolkits (not only POSM, script) to support store operation and brand establishment.
- Monitoring and guide instore activity (eg. POSM display, coffee course, workshop etc.)
- Ongoing store support especially optimize resources of land lord. (eg. Advertising, VIP activity)
- Prompt and effective communication with operation team
- External partner/vendor management;
- Budgeting monitoring with clear usage plan
Requirement:
- Down to earth, quick learner;
- F&B is preferred; FMCG/cosmetic is nice to have;
- Excellent communication skill and skills in excel
