You as our new Retail Trade Marketing Specialist will join our local Motorola
team. You will report to our Head of Marketing who is based in Milan,
supporting the local marketing activities in Italy.

These will be your detailed responsibilities:
• Assure and optimize the brand and devices visibility online and offline
fitting to the local marketing orientations
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales team to create and develop adapted
trade plans dedicated to our key partners
• Grow and maintain relationship with retails and business partners
• Drive the change to increase Motorola in store hard visibility
• Set up and develop Motorola Field Force
More activities will include:
• Retail marketing:
Go-To-Market plans set up for strategic partners including joint marketing
activations.
Prepare and execute merchandising guidelines: displays, banners, in store
material and window strategy
Maximize customer experience, drive satisfaction and increase brand loyalty
Management and control of the sell out thanks to incentives, drive-to-store
actions and CRM
Develop and implement hard visibility strategy plan on main partners
Retail marketing budget management
• Trade activation
Plan and monitor the trade promotion strategy to increase sell-out
Budget monitoring, performance and ROI analysis
Market analysis and insights at pos level to evaluate partner and channel
performances
• Training & Field force
Creation of training contents: product sales speech, video, infographics.
Assure shop animations through field force team.
Performance monitoring and KPI management of the regional actions.

What you’ll bring to us:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in trade & retail marketing
• Fluent Italian and English language skills
• High tech knowledge especially from the Telecom and Consumer Electronics
sector
• Analytical & organizational skills
• Communication skills to work with agencies (including field force agency),
relationship building
• Team spirit to join the young and dynamic marketing department
