We are now looking for a Freelance Retail Trainer who has a great passion for premium and luxury brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate our client’s brand and product training programme and deliver training courses to meet its stated objectives and motivate the attendees to imbibe the learning and apply it in the workplace.
• Remain abreast with developments in the field of training and facilitation and recommend suitable approaches that can be adapted to the training needs of the Organisation. Where applicable, keep abreast of new trends in the industry and new products/services launched
• Ensure superior customer service is provided and constantly strive to improve customer experience
• Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge
• Operate with excellence to organize and meet all training schedules and coordination with no miss

Requirements:
Education:
University Degree/ Diploma

Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in training
• Relevant trianing background within retail companies

Key Skills:

• Excellent written and oral skills in English and Mandarin
• Very Strong communication and presentation skills
