POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Help Amer field sales team & dealers sales personnel in training function, so they have strong knowledge of our brands, products& key stories to sell with confidence & successfully.

• Work closely with Amer field sales team to follow up with special attention underperforming dealers & Stores to identify issues & improve with countermeasures.

• Visit key Stores periodically to check store VM and KOTF personal knowledge, selling skills, performance.

• Execute seasonal plan & schedule of class training, store coaching, workshops .etc to maximize KOTF & dealers sales personnel knowledge, selling skills and motivation.

• Be involved and execute incentive programs to motivate KOTF to sell more & inspire their loyalty to Amer brands.

• Execute and manage certification programs to test KOTF personnel knowledge & selling skills. Strive for continuous improvement in certification test results & performance of certified sales people.

• Execute training projects in high quality & professional manner to maximize effectiveness.
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Passion for sport, Amer brands/products and in-depth knowledge to effectively train/coach sales people.

• Planning & Preparation: Maintains detailed plans & uses them to prioritize activities. Well prepared for each training session & store visit.

• Familiar with both SIS &ODS store operations and business practices.

• Relationship building & interpersonal skills to establish rapport & build credibility with dealers & sales people.

• Integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position.
  

DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of sales background in outdoor sports/sports company, familiarity with Retail education/training/operations.

• Experience in retail, training/education is plus.

• Have successful track record and target achievement in retail business is plus.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or above
